Easier is Harder

Easier IS harder. Easier means decluttering our little brains, making room for new thoughts, new possibilities, new dreams,etc…. We have added a little clutter here and a little clutter there until everything seems so hard. What about those thoughts, like guilt we carry around everyday for whatever we think we’re guilty about. What about all of those things on our lists?  My list seems to grow daily, but what if all of that stuff isn’t necessary to make our life easier. Why not go back? Go back to the one book which really does have it all. Why not dig for the answers? Who knows what God will reveal while we’re finding the answer we’re looking for?  Why not let go? My sister has a saying that goes, “Let Go and Let God.” That pretty much sums it up. How much easier life would be if we gave ourselves permission to let go? After all, isn’t that what God asked us to do? I’m not there yet, but I get a new chance everyday. Spring is a time of renewing, cleaning,freshening, purging. This Spring, I’m going to do my best to let God have the chance to do the renewing, cleaning, freshening , and purging in me. He can make my harder life much easier!
